Online - Only $10 for a 15-minute online session!
$40 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours of tutoring—8 hours recommended for most students

Our rate for online tutoring is $40 per 60-minute session (logging included). Sessions are measured in minutes: 15-minute minimum per session, two-hour minimum per semester. When comparing our online rate to others, please note that many companies use a 45-minute hour, and that our rate for a 45-minute session is $30.

In-Home – Individual lessons
$50 per hour with a minimum of 8 hours of tutoring

This rate applies for most K-12 subjects in the locations listed below. Some advanced courses and some locations may be higher. When you request tutoring, we will inform you if the rate for your subject or area is greater than $50 per 60-minute session.

Nevada County Includes tutoring in Grass Valley, Nevada City, Penn Valley, North San Juan, Alta Sierra

Placer County Includes tutoring in Roseville, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Rocklin, Loomis/Ophir, Newcastle, Auburn, Meadow Vista, Colfax, Dutch Flat, Lake of the Pines

Sacramento County Includes tutoring in the greater Sacramento area and surrounding communities of Folsom, Orangevale, Fair Oaks, North Highlands, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova, Elk Grove, Wilton, Rancho Murieta, Galt, all cities, towns and unincorporated areas

San Joaquin-Stanislaus Counties Includes tutoring in Lodi, Stockton, Modesto, Manteca, Ceres, Patterson, Tracy, Turlock. *Note: limited in-home tutoring available in Alameda, Contra Costa, and other Bay-area Counties at $65 per 60 minutes.

Yolo County Includes tutoring in West Sacramento, Davis

Yuba County Includes tutoring in Yuba City, Marysville, Olivehurst

Note: limited in-home tutoring available in Alameda, Contra Costa, Calaveras, Mariposa, Merced, Santa Clara, and Tuolumne counties. Bay Area $65- $70 per 60 minutes, call for other areas.
